Taking HR Digital in the Wild: Enazen Global Consults Trains UWA Staff in Bwindi
Enazen Global Consults recently partnered with the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) to deliver an impactful 7-day corporate skills training series across the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park , equipping UWA field staff —true guardians of Uganda’s Most Treasured natural heritage with the tools to better manage their human resource operations via the brand-new HRMIS system. 1. A Journey Through Bwindi's Vital Outposts We began our training in Buhoma , the administrative heart of the National Park, and went on to engage personnel stationed at all four major trailhead sectors: Buhoma – the northern gateway where gorilla trekking began; Ruhija – perched on the eastern ridges with panoramic views and rich birdlife.
